Travel in group

A "group" consists of at least 10 passengers traveling together on the same flight, in both directions.

Air France offers you a dedicated team to organize your group travels.

Accustomed to the specific needs and constraints of this type of journey, our team is at your disposal to offer you:

• a customized service

• a wide range of destinations to select among Air France and KLM flights

Please note:

You may combine flights like for example outband flight with Air France and inbound flight with KLM.

Organizing travel for a group is not always simple. There are more specific requests and unexpected events.

To help you in your task we offer you a great flexibility:

• customized deadlines: passenger names are required only 60 days before departure (name changes are possible as tickets are not edited), full payment is required 21 days before departure.

• specific services: special meals, group seating, group check-in, support services (wheelchairs for instance). Don't hesitate to send us your requests until 30 days before departure (special requests are subject to confirmation).

•  care of your luggage: the baggage of passengers traveling in a group must meet the same requirements as those for individual passengers

Internet checkin: from 30 hours before departure you can proceed with online registration on our website.
