| If, after having purchased an Air France ticket on the www.airfrance.co.kr, you find an equivalent Air France ticket offered at a lower price on another website within the same day of your purchase, Air France will offer you a voucher of an amount equivalent to the difference between the price of the ticket purchased and the lower price offered plus KRW 60,000. This guarantee only applies if the difference between the ticket purchased and the lower price offered on such other website is at least KRW 10,000. The following terms and conditions shall apply to this "Best Price Guaranteed" promotion: |

| Guarantee requirements: |
|
All claims ("Claims") submitted under this "Best Price Guaranteed" promotion ("Guarantee") must fulfil all the requirements, and be submitted in accordance with the processing procedures, stated in these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") in order to qualify for the Guarantee. By submitting a Claim, the passenger submitting the Claim ("Claiming Passenger") agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any Claim which does not adhere strictly to the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be void. All Claims must be received by Air France by midnight (local time) on the same day the Air France ticket is purchased from airfrance.co.kr website ("AF Ticket").
For a Claim to be valid, Air France (and not Claiming Passenger) must be able to independently verify
(i) the availability of the lower price published on the website in question ("Non-AF Website") at the time of receipt of the Claim by Air France and (ii) that such lower price does not exist on airfrance.co.kr
Any other evidence submitted by the Claiming Passenger (via fax, phone or screenshot), or evidence submitted otherwise than in accordance with the procedures specified under these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. The Guarantee shall only be valid if the lower price published on the Non-AF Website relates to an Air France ticket for the exact same flight, travel date(s), itinerary, booking class, and fare conditions/ restrictions, which can be purchased on the same day as the AF Ticket and is priced in the same currency as the AF Ticket ("Comparable Ticket"). The Guarantee is only valid if the Claim is made by the passenger stated on the AF Ticket. The Guarantee only applies to AF Tickets, purchased from a Korean online point of sale, for flights exclusively operated or marketed by Air France and which originate from Korea (AF261/AF267).

| Guarantee offer: |
|
The Guarantee shall only apply if the difference between the price paid for the AF Ticket and the price of the Comparable Ticket published on the Non-AF Website (the "Difference") is more than KRW10,000. For the purpose of determining the Difference, all taxes and any other applicable surcharges must be included in the price of the Comparable Ticket.
If after receiving a Claim, Air France is satisfied in its absolute discretion that such Claim is valid and approves such Claim, Air France will issue to the Claiming Passenger a <> of an amount equivalent to the aggregate of the Difference plus KRW 60,000. Depending on the value of the ' Travel Voucher ', it may be used as full or partial payment, as the case may be, for an Air France return ticket which fulfils the requirements of the Guarantee hereby described. In order to book a flight using the ' Travel Voucher ', please contact Air France reservation offices. The 'Travel Voucher ' is valid for one year from the date of issue and no extension of the validity period will be granted. Air France shall not be obliged to replace a ' Travel Voucher ' for any reason once it has been issued. The ' Travel Voucher ' is personal to the Claiming Passenger to whom it has been issued and is non-transferable and non-assignable. By using the 'Travel Voucher ', the Claiming Passenger to whom it has been issued is deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions and such other terms and conditions which Air France may impose from time to time to govern the use of the ' Travel Voucher ', and shall comply with the same. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions governing the use of a ' Travel Voucher ' by the Claiming Passenger shall immediately render the ' Travel Voucher ' issued to him or her void and invalid. The ' Travel Voucher ' shall be the sole and exclusive benefit available under the Guarantee, save that Air France reserves the right to, in its absolute discretion, substitute a ' Travel Voucher ' for any other benefit of equivalent value at any time without notice.

| Submitting a claim: |
|
|
The Claiming Passenger must be the passenger stated on the AF Ticket. The information required to be communicated to Air France in a Claim is stated on the airfrance.kr website and is subject to change at any time by Air France in its absolute discretion. All Claims must include the requisite information and be sent by e-mail to the following email address: airfrance@airfrance.co.kr. Air France reserves the right to reject any Claims that cannot be independently verified or in which incomplete information has been provided. All Claims must be received by Air France by midnight (Local Time) on the same day that the AF Ticket is purchased by the Claiming Passenger. Claims may not be made or submitted through any other means except in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions.

| Guarantee exceptions: |
|
The Guarantee shall only apply if the lower-priced Comparable Ticket is available for purchase on the Non-AF Website by the general public. Examples of Air France tickets which are deemed to be unavailable to the general public include, but are not limited to:
- Special fares (which include, but are not limited to, corporate discount fares and soldiers, Ethnic Students, Typological and other discount codes)
- Group fares - fares sold as part of a travel package (and customized flights)
- One way fares
- Fares where the carrier or itinerary details are unknown until after purchase and other discount fares

| Other conditions: |
|
|
Air France's decision in relation to any Claim or interpretation of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be final and conclusive. Air France reserves the right to modify, amend and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, and unless otherwise specified, such modification, amendment and/or supplement shall be effective immediately upon posting of the same on the www.airfrance.co.kr. Air France reserves the right to terminate this Guarantee, in its absolute discretion, at any time without notice.
