Increase your comfort on board
In order to travel as comfortably as possible:
- wear sufficient and comfortable clothes,

- try not to remain still for too long; walk in the aisles every 2 hours and try to do mini-exercises that will stimulate your blood circulation,
- drink water regularly, avoid alcohol which will dehydrate your body and whose effects are stronger during flight,
- moisturize your skin and lips with a moisturizing cream,
- remove your contact lenses and opt for your eyeglasses; if needed, use eye drops to moisturize your eyes,
- make sure your children rehydrate by regularly giving them water.
Protect your body from the sun
Upon arriving at certain destinations, heat and the sun can have harmful effects. To stay safe:
- opt for high-SPF sunscreens,
- wear a long-sleeve shirt, a hat, and sunglasses,
- avoid staying outdoors when the sun is hottest,
- remember to rehydrate often by drinking water or sugarless hot beverages,

Medicine on board
Will you need to take medicine during your flight? Remember to keep all medicine in your carry-on baggage along with all prescriptions bearing the exact name of any medicine.
Hypodermic needles are authorized in the cabin with a prescription. You are entirely responsible for their use. Please do not leave them in the aircraft: a special waste receptacle is available with our onboard staff.

Check your vaccinations
Prior to departure, make sure your vaccinations are up to date and find out which vaccinations are necessary for your destination.
Precautions related to aircraft pressurization (ears, nose, throat)
During the flight, pressurization within the cabin imitates the atmosphere at 2,400 m (which is risk-free for passengers in good health).
However, we advise you to treat any ear, nose or throat infections prior to departure. In order to avoid any chance of decompression sickness, we also advise against travel by aircraft less than 24 hours after scuba diving.
