At Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly Ouest, you will find Air France Transfer counters. Our staff is available to answer your questions, issue your boarding pass (if you did not check in all the way to your final destination), and help if you missed your transfer flight.

- check in and print out your boarding pass if it was not given to you upon departure, or if you missed your scheduled transfer,
- consult the boarding gate and your boarding time.
Administrative formalities

You are from a country within the Schengen zone*
- If you are traveling to another country within the Schengen zone, Geneva or Basel-Mulhouse, you do not have to undergo the police and immigration formalities. You can go directly to your boarding gate.
- If you are traveling to a country outside the Schengen zone, you must undergo the police and immigration formalities before boarding your flight.
* Schengen zone countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Your baggage
In most cases, your baggage is checked in all the way until your final destination, so you do not have to worry. However, if you change your airport, you must collect your baggage from the conveyor belt and follow the “baggage reclaim” signs and check them in again at “baggage drop-off” of the terminal or departure lobby.
