  Enter your VoyageurREWARDSTM account number when you book online.
• If you book through a travel agency or over the phone:
  Remember to provide your VoyageurREWARDS TM account number.

Once your trip is complete, your Points are automatically calculated and added to your account. Points are valid for up to 2 years and 11 months, depending on the date when they are credited to your account. For example, Points earned in June 2008 are valid until the end of 2010, i.e., for 2 years and 7 months. Points earned in january 2009 are valid until december 31st 2011.

Did you forget to provide your VoyageurREWARDS ® account number when you made your reservation? Have the missing Points credited to your account once your trip is complete by filling out the appropriate form in the dedicated online space.

Employees with Flying Blue program memberships continue to accumulate Miles. With each flight, they simultaneously earn:

• VoyageurREWARDS ®Points for your company.
• Flying Blue Miles for their personal accounts.

The VoyageurREWARDS account number must be inserted into the OSI field according to the following GDS entries:

• For Amadeus - OS YY OIN SMEXXXXX
• For Galileo - SI.YY*OIN SMEXXXXX
• For Sabre - Worldspan - Abacus - Infini - 3OSI YY OIN SMEXXXXX
• Others - OSI format specific to each GDS followed by YY OIN SMEXXXXX

SMEXXXXX corresponds to the VoyageurREWARDS account number.
